Life On Koh Yao Noi, Where the Biggest Decision Is Which Beach To Choose

Pano of Island

In a month, Leslie and I will leave Koh Yao Noi for India. By the time we depart, we’ll have been on this fabulous little Thai island that we call home almost 4 months, and despite our excitement of going to India, it will nevertheless be a little sad.

Yao Noi is a small, peaceful island with a lovely laid back Muslim community, and our time here has been fun and relaxed, yet extremely productive, as we both concentrate on our respective writing careers, Leslie’s freelance journalism and my novel.

What follows are just a few images of our time here on Yao Noi, and if you’re looking for that archetypal Thai lifestyle; beautiful off-the-beaten-track beaches, great food, cold beer, and somewhere to chillax for a few days, or, like us, a few months, it doesn’t get much better than this.

Thanks, Koh Yao Noi…we salute you.      ขอขอบคุณคุณ.
